As a Buddhist, i do find this pretty offensive. Especially at 1:50 with that one girl's ass all up in Buddha's face. That's just freaking disrespect. Buddhist advocate purity. Going to a temple, I dare not wear anything that could possibly show anything and tank tops are already a definitely no-no. But with that said, Akon doesnt know our religion, so an apology is all that is needed here. The mistake is already made, forgive and forget like the preaching of Buddha!

Thats like saying devoute christians shouldn't swear, watch porn, get drunk, pop pills, have sex, and murder, yet they do it anyway nobodies perfect and in any case the buddha shouldn't of been up there in the first place, and they knew that statue was up there they just didn't give a damn, just like when lil wayne was smoking in church in that one video by dj khaled

Okay two small questions, first why is the statue there in the first place and second Akon said he didn't know it was in the video how the hell could he not notice it and its the tallest thin in the video? as far as buddhism being a religion or philosphy well buddhism is buddhism, your not supposed to classify it, if those people in sri lanka mad well they got every right to be and in the end, Akon the one who can't go over there because of disrespect, lucky they ain't kill his ass hahah
