No prob. I can give you more detail of the area if I knew the parts you were considering.One other thing. Kent is actually better than what I gave it, just look for a place on the hill not the valley, they have some levy issues in Auburn, so theirs a chance flood water may work its way to Kent. Just so you know in case they give you a unbelievable deal on a house or something in that area...get that flood insurance.

the cost of living varies.The closer you are to Downtown the higher it goes, but thats pretty normal everywhere. Here is a good way to look at it, and try not to take too much offense to what I will say, but wherever there is the most diversity or police (less Whites), its cheaper...LOL so, West Seattle is low, Bellevue is high, Redmond is high; South Seattle, low; Downtown is high, Auburn, high; Renton, middle; Kent , low; Burien, low.plus we have one of the highest taxes too, 8.6%

it sure is, I am moving there in a few weeks! so excited, Capitol Hill is a great neighborhood, but I will be in Northgate.

i would say if you would rent it's about 540 dollars-800 dollars but it really depends what you rent,if you want to buy a house it's like something around 5,000...or 10000-250000 dollars
